PLEASE NOTE: Pay With Credit Card is currently in early-access, so currently only early-access participants are able to access this feature.

What is required to use Pay With Credit Card? 

Pay with Credit Card relies on a direct payment gateway integration with Stripe Payments, so you will need a Stripe account to use Pay with Credit Card.

What countries is Stripe available in?

As of December 2018, Stripe is available in over 25 countries. Edit Order can support Stripe in all countries where Stripe is currently available. For a complete list of countries where Stripe is available, see this page: https://stripe.com/global.

What currencies does Stripe support?

Stripe supports over 25 currencies, Edit Order has support for all currencies supported by Stripe. For a complete list, see this page: https://stripe.com/docs/currencies.

How do I get paid?

Stripe deposits money directly to your account in the form of your default currency. Stripe does payouts directly to you.

Can Pay with Credit Card support orders with multiple currencies?

Edit Order does not currently support orders with multiple currencies, but it is on our product roadmap to do so. If you would like to learn more, please reach out to: support@editorder.net

How do refunds work?

Refunds are fully integrated between Edit Order and Stripe. For more information, here is a link to our help documentation on refunds Issuing Refunds

Does Pay with Credit Card support any other payment gateways?

Not currently, but it is on our product roadmap to add support for Shopify Payments and other 3rd party gateways.

How are chargebacks and fraud handled through Pay with Credit Card?

Chargebacks and fraud are a merchant responsibility and can be handled through the Stripe dashboard.
