Filtering line item properties from your customers in Customer Portal

In your Customer Portal’s settings, you can hide specific line item properties from your customers. This setting can be useful if these line item properties are for internal purposes and shouldn't be displayed to your customers. This article will show you how to do this.

Filter line item properties in Customer Portal

Steps

  1. Go to Apps > Cleverific Order Editor.

  2. Click the Customer Portal link which will direct you to the Customer Portal settings.

  1. Navigate to the Customer Editing section and check the box next to "Filter the specified line item properties from your customers".

  1. In the field, enter the name of the line item property you’d like to filter out.
  2. Click the suggestion Add “name that appears below.

The line item property associated with this name will be filtered out and won't be displayed in Customer Portal.
