Preventing edits based on tags in Customer Portal

In Customer Portal, you have the ability to prevent customers from editing specific orders by using tags.

Customer Portal is currently only available for early access merchants. Sign up to be notified when it launches.

Prevent edits based on certain tags

  1. Go to Customer Portal settings > Customer editing section.
  2. Enter the name of a tag you want to add. You can enter as many tags as you need.
  3. Check the box next to Don't allow customers to edit orders tagged with. Your changes will be automatically saved.
