Preventing edits based on tags in Customer Portal

In Customer Portal, you have the ability to prevent customers from editing specific orders by using tags.

Prevent edits based on certain tags

  1. Go to Customer Portal settings > Customize order editing section.
  2. Under Decide which orders can be edited, check the box next to Don't allow customers to edit orders tagged with. 

  1. Enter the name of a tag you want to add. You can enter as many tags as you need.
  2. Your changes will be automatically saved.
