Changing editing window in Customer Portal

In your Customer Portal’s settings, you can adjust the editing window when customers are allowed to edit their orders, from 30 min up to 7 days. 

Customer Portal is currently only available for early access merchants. Sign up to be notified when it launches.

Change the editing window in your Customer Portal’s settings

  1. Go to Customer Portal settingsCustomer editing section.
  2. Click the dropdown next to Allow customers to edit their orders up to to adjust your customer's order editing window.

  3. Your changes will be automatically saved after selecting the time frame.
