Changing settings in Customer Portal
Customer Portal is currently only available for early access merchants. Sign up to be notified when it launches.
Customer Portal includes custom logic that you can adjust to fit your business needs. This article will show you the settings available. In Customer Portal, you can:
- Change the editing window time frame
- Prevent edits based on customer tags
- Allow your customers to update quantities
- Allow your customers to cancel their orders
Access Customer Portal’s Settings
- Go to Apps and select Edit Order by Cleverific.
- On the upper right corner of your Edit Order app, click Settings > Customer Portal
- You'll arrive on the Customer Portal's setting page
