Introduction to customer self-serve editing with Customer Portal

Let customers make changes to their orders by enabling Customer Portal for your store. All edits made by your customers happen in place, directly on the original order. No "save as" orders. No new orders to track and fulfill.

Customer Portal is currently only available for early access merchants. Sign up to be notified when it launches.

Customers will be able to:

  • Change products’ size, color, and other variants
  • Edit the shipping address of their order
  • Remove products from their order
  • Cancel their order
  • Add a product to their order (Coming soon!)

All based on custom logic you can:

  • Set order editing window timeframe
  • Set whether quantity can be changed
  • Set whether an order can be cancelled
  • Set tags for orders that can't be edited (e.g., "final sale")
