Adding custom fields (note attributes) to an order

In Cleverific Order Editor, you can add additional structured information about your orders by adding custom fields. This article will show you how. 

Add custom fields in Order Editor

Custom fields (or note attributes) can be useful to give instructions to fulfillment, attribute commissions to sales representatives, add a delivery date, and more.

These can be added in both Advanced Mode and Quick Mode.

Steps

  1. On your order list page, select the order you want to edit.

  2. Click More Actions > Edit Order.

  3. Navigate to the Custom Fields section.

  4. Click the (+) symbol.

  5. Enter a description and a value.

  1. Click Save to save your changes.

The custom fields you’ve just entered in Order Editor will be displayed on your order page in Shopify as "Additional Details" under the Notes section.
