Synchronization issue with third-party apps
Some third-party apps are unable to read that an order may be canceled or deleted in Shopify, which can cause synchronization issues. This article will show you a solution to this.
Depending on how your third-party app reads the orders, we'd recommend manually editing the order name in Cleverific Order Editor (i.e: removing the suffix).
