Synchronization issue between canceled orders and third-party apps

Sometimes, some third-party apps are unable to read that an order may be canceled or deleted in Shopify. (See our documentation about this here: How Edit Order integrates with other apps)

Depending on how your third-party app reads the orders, we'd recommend manually editing the order name in Edit Order (i.e: removing the suffix). If this workaround works better for the synchronization of your orders with the third-party app, we could help you with a long-term solution.
