Shopify Flow limitations
Due to limitations in Shopify's order editing API, multicurrency orders and orders created by third-party apps can't be edited with Shopify Flow + Cleverific Order Editor.
Multicurrency
In some instances, a workflow can fail in Shopify Flow due to the presentment money being set to a different currency than the store currency.
Unfortunately, multi-currency isn't an option for Order Editor because Shopify is restricting access to the multi-currency API for all apps. This means Order Editor won't be able to process this order unless it is converted to the default currency for your store.
If you still need to edit this order, or any multi-currency orders moving forward, our best recommendation would be to recreate the order using your store's currency.
Orders created by third-party apps
Shopify currently restricts what orders an app is allowed to edit. At the moment, orders created by other third-party apps cannot be edited by Order Editor's Shopify Flow integration. When Order Editor detects orders created by these other apps the order will be tagged and then skipped over. Our team has been working with Shopify on getting this restriction lifted.
Note: Subscription-based orders placed with Recharge and other subscription apps available on Shopify App Store can be edited by Order Editor's Shopify Flow integration as these orders are now directly created through Shopify Checkout.
